     Darlex Armbinder Size Chart
  Around Arms (read instructions below)
S 20"
M 23"

Armbinders run S-L, measurement should be taken around the arms 2" above the elbows held as close together
behind the back as close as can be comfortably maintained. Measurements are unstretched,
so there will be some additional give (up to 2-3") on your armbinder when you receive it.

Chest measurement is over the widest part of the chest (typically around the level of the nipples) and taken under the arms rather than over. For the purposes of our size chart, a bra size can not be substituted for a chest measurement, as bra sizing does not necessarily reflect an accurate measurement. Taking this measurement with your arms in any position other than down will expand your chest and cause the measurement to be inaccurate.   Do not include your arms for this measurement (even for sleepsacks).

Waist measurements are 'natural waist', which is above the hips and navel but below the rib cage, generally at the smallest point between those two places. Do not include your arms or hands in this measurement (even for sleepsacks).

Hip measurement is taken at the widest spot around the hip area. Measure a few places and use the largest number.
